Financial Assistance 2009

Students who wish to apply for financial assistance may download the forms from the LMS under "Bursary Forms 2009". For students who are S'pore citizens, please use the MOE ISB Form for application of subsidy for school fees. The NYGH FAS Form is for application of subsidy for miscellaneous fee, enrichment programme fee, CCA co-payment and school fee subsidy (for students who are non-S'pore citizens).

Please note that students who were awarded financial assistance in Year 2008 need to re-apply for assistance in 2009.

Eligibility criteria:  (Details and application form are attached).

1)       Singapore Citizen

2)       Have NOT sat for the IPST at Secondary 3

3)       Only IP students who will flow through to HCI

Please submit  applications to HCI, General Office located at Kong Chian
Administration Centre (via Gate 2 entrance).

Together with the application form, include a photocopy of birth cert,
PSLE result (with aggregate score) and testing fee of $20 cash.

Closing date for applications: 16 Jan 2009
